The Newcomer

"I'm so excited! My best friend is coming for a visit today," announced Kat. "I didn't even know you had friends Kat," replied Falco, one of the Star Fox Members, with a big grin on his face. "Shut up Falco!" retorted Kat. "What's all that arguing?" asked Peppy as he entered the room, another member of the Star Fox team. "It's just Falco being a jerk, like usual," explained Kat. "Hey I thought you two were going out?" asked Slippy in his usual girlish tone. "Who told you that?" demanded Falco. "Fox told me." Answered Slippy. "Fox!!!!!!!!! I'm going to kill him!" screamed Falco. "Who's going to kill me?" asked Fox entering the room with a big grin on his face," Now come on you guys quit fighting. Kat when is your friend coming?" "She should be here any minute now," replied Kat. "Great, now you guys better be nice………..especially you Falco." instructed Fox. Just then there was a knocking at the door. "That must be her!" exclaimed Kat as she scrambled to get the door nearly knocking Slippy to the ground. "Hey Vixie, come on in!" said Kat opening the door. Vixie came inside carrying about a million bags. As soon as Fox got a glimpse of her, his mouth dropped open and his chin nearly touched the floor. Vixie was a beautiful vixen with long red-brown hair down to her waist with two streaks of white hair in the front curving around her face. She had big beautiful blue eyes and she had a long tail with a white tip. Fox's eyes grew wide and everybody noticed except Vixie and Kat who were busy talking. "I'm so tired. That trip really took a lot out of me," said Vixie yawning. "You can sleep in my room!" exclaimed Fox. "What!?" everybody asked (except Vixie) looking astonished. "What it's not that big of a deal. Do you really think the couch is that bad for my back?" asked Fox looking a little confused. Everybody sighed with relief. "Man Fox, for a minute there I thought you were really wanted to uhh……………never mind," said Falco. "Thanks very much uhh………..What's your name again?" asked Vixie. "Oh right I almost forgot to introduce you to my friends. This is Peppy Hare," explained Kat. "Hello, nice to meet you," said Peppy shaking Vixie's paw. "This is Slippy Toad." "Nice to meet ya," Slippy said. " Uh………..That's Falco Lombardi" "Humph," mumbled Falco. "and that's Fox" "Nice to meet you," said Fox kneeling down kissing Vixie's paw. "It's nice to meet all of you," said Vixie," but if you'll excuse me I'm very tired. I'm going to lay down." "No problem. I'll take you to my room," said Fox. Vixie followed Fox to his room and went to sleep. "She is so beautiful," Fox thought, closing the door.
