Hey, this is my first fanfic on here that's not Ninjago. Lol. So, this is a story my friends asked me to write a few months ago, so Chapter one is super short. I'm still writing chapter two, but yeah. I don't know how often I'll update. Just some quick tips: Crafter and Stitcher are my favorites and I hate Gameknight999, so I made him stupid. Enjoy!
Chapter 1: The Unusual Suspects
It was another ordinary day in Minecraft. Hunter, Stitcher, GameKnight999, and Crafter were by a creek taking a break from their long journey.
Suddenly, there was a loud sound. "Did anyone here that?" Hunter asked in an eery tone. Stitcher rolled her eyes and Crafter sighed. "Yeah... it sounded like it came from the southwest... Who else wants to go find out what it was?" GameKnight asked. "I guess..." Stitcher said shrugging her shoulders. "Sure. As long as I get the chance to kill some mobs." Hunter smirked. "Ok. Let's go." Crafter said. They all took off towards the southwest.
When they arrived, there was a massive crater in the ground and the only living things near the area were a chicken, a pink sheep, an ocelot, and an injured wolf. All these animals seemed innocent and not guilty of anything so large and brutal. "Look at these animals." Stitcher said walking up to the chicken, which pecked her hand. Hunter laughed as Stitcher pulled her hand away and GameKnight couldn't help but smile. Crafter stared at them like they were crazy.
"So, what do you think happened here?" Hunter asked after she had stopped laughing. "I don't know. But until we find out, all these animals are suspects." GameKnight999 said with far too much confidence. "Think about what you just said." Hunter demanded. "ALL these animals are suspects? Do you really think a... chicken for instance... could have done this?" Stitcher said getting pecked again. Hunter nodded, "Yes." "No." Crafter replied. "Maybe...?" GameKnight said. "No." Crafter repeated. "Are you su-" "No." "Crafter's right. A sweet little chicken, an ocelot, a wolf, and a sheep couldn't possibly do this," Stitcher said. "and by suspects did you mean you were gonna have a trial? Yeah, that would have worked well." Hunter added sarcastically. "Besides, Gameknight... it's not like the animals can talk to us." Crafter stated sighing. "...right..." Gameknight muttered feeling dumb.
"It was probably a creeper. There are lots of them." Stitcher said as the chicken was still pecking her hand. "Yeah, but they only ignite when an NPC or player is near them... right?" Gameknight asked. Hunter rolled her eyes and nodded. "Maybe there was an NPC here. Look for anything that would show signs of death of a player or NPC." Crafter said. They began looking around, but saw nothing. What they didn't know, was that there was someone watching them...
"Did your lure work?" asked an evil voice. "Yes. Yes it did." said a girl with blonde hair. "Good, good. Keep a close eye on them, Endbrine (a/n: the d is silent so it's Enn-Brine)." the voice said. Endbrine nodded. "Wait... what do you want me to do with them, master?" She asked. There was a moment of silence. "Lure them to the abandoned village in the west." it replied. "Yes, Herobrine..." Endbrine replied as she disappeared into the deeper shadows.
