Well here it is, my first ever X-men:Evo fic, so be kind, k? :) Anyways, as always, I own nothing, so don't sue, cause I don't have anything I could give you if you won, tehe. If you like this, review, cause I'm only gunna put up the next chapter if you guys like the beginning, that means 10 reviews or more. Oh, and sorry this part is so short, but it gives ya a taste of the story...So, without further ado, I present to you:
Running
Kitty ran. She had to get away from them all. Her family...her friends, ha! Her friends. Like she had any! Friends wouldn't do something like that. They don't become your enemy's that fast...
She was on the highway now, always running, phasing through anything in her path. Who cares that there were cars honking at her as they zoomed by her, missing her by inches? Who cares that it was the middle of the day, on a Monday, making a teenager look incredibly suspicious? Who even cares that a police car went by, and the cop even tried to stop her and ask her why she wasn't in school, and if she was ok? She just kept on running, completely ignoring him. He had tried to cut her off, but she just phased though the car, not caring what he must be thinking. She just had to run. That was all that she knew, that she had to run. That's all she could think...just like last time...
*Flashback*
"Kitty, kitty, Kitty-Cat! Can't even scream, can't even shout.
Pretty Kitty, pretty cat, don't you cry, don't you pout.
You know you love it, here take my arm,
Let me in deeper, I mean no harm"
Kitty heard the rhyme that she heard every night that he came. She knew what was going to happen, even before his voice was carried to her bedroom door. Crying, whimpering, she began praying for a way to escape...the first time she phased, and ran...
*End Flashback*
She cried as she remembered that night. Tears blurring her vision, she ran on. She was so tired now. It had to be at least 8:00pm now. She had been running since she ran from lunch at 12:00, only stopping to walk when she felt that she absolutely needed it, for fear of losing consciousness. And she still ran, ran head on without noticing the fast coming head lights right at her...
