Just a weird one shot I thought about when listening to A Thousand Years by Christina Perry. I don't own PJO or HOO or the song mentioned in this.

Percy Jackson and Annabeth Chase were sitting on the beach listening to music on the radio.

"Oh, turn this song up please Seaweed Brain!" Annabeth asked as A Thousand Years by Christina Perry came onto the radio.

"No. This is a mind control song. I won't let your mind be controlled by... Who ever sings this," Percy protested.

"What in Hades are you talking about?"

"Listen! In the background, it sounds like woowoowoowoo! It's a mind-control method. Very common in pop music like this."

"Um I'm pretty sure it's not Percy."

"It is. I have a certificate stating that I am an expert about this." Percy held up a piece of paper that said "Percy Jackson: Expert Mind-control Music Stopper" in big blue letters.

"Percy, that a piece of paper you wrote on in blue marker."

"No. I'm pretty sure it's not."

"Yes it is. I can tell that's your handwriting!"

"No... I don't this so."

"Percy!" Exclaimed Annabeth.

"Yes?"

"Argh!" Annabeth shouted exasperated.

"Are a mind-controlled pirate now? The song controlled you to turn into a pirate so that why you said argh," Percy innocently explained.

"No it's not."

"I'm pretty sure it is..."

"It's not."

Percy opened his mouth to make a retort.

"No. Don't you dare say you're pretty sure it is. Let's sit in silence and just listen to the music now okay?" Annabeth ordered. Percy nodded.

The two demigods sat in silence until...

"Hey Annabeth? Can I change the mind-control song now? You don't to get controlled."

Lets just say, Percy went back to his cabin a few minutes later to clean up his bruises from a grumpy daughter of Athena.
