Long ago two aces ruled over earth monsters and humans. They lived in general peacefulness but disputes did occur. Then one day the humans attacked without warning.
But the king of monsters, Agsore, had been afraid that the humans would try something like this, so he had created a group of monsters to kill humans that had wandered far from their villages. Crooks, lost children, and runaways, were all killed for their souls so the king could create god-like monsters whose job it was to protect innocent monsters and stop humans who wanted to kill those monsters.
In the end only seven god-like monsters were made, but that was all it took to win the war. The king, luckily for the humans, was a person of MERCY, and decided, instead of going genocidal, to seal the neutral humans underground so that they could do no more harm to his people. The god-like beings he made gave up their power to trap the humans under a barrier that could only be unlocked with seven immensely powerful souls, and one to cross the barrier.
Now serval years latter a young monster has fallen in to the underground. This is their story.
