The Smart One.
Ami x Zoisite
Ami was doing her thing as a teacher of her old night school and being respected by almost everyone. Zoisite, however, hated her. He constantly went head to head with her. But Ami knew who he really was. "Quick! Solve this!" Ami gave him the answer and she was correct. "Darn it! Why can't I do this?" "Zoisite, you will never outsmart me. But you are just as smart as me. You just need to see it." "See what?!" But Ami was already out the door. "Hay! Wait! Get back here!" But nothing reached her.
Zoisite wanted to have her see him as more than an equal. He did everything he could to trip her up but it wasn't enough. She acted like they were already equaled but that wasn't it. She was hiding something. Ony day, Zoisite saw Ami heading to the pool and came up with a plan.
Ami got dressed in her swimsuit and hit the water. Being the sailor guardian of water was one thing but when you're the only computer genius out of four others, it gets tiring after awhile. Or ages is more like it.
Zoisite watched Ami as she dived into the water and for some reason, he felt odd. He watched her for awhile and being mesmerized by the way she was moving through the water of more like gliding on top of it. Zoisite walked in still watching Ami move back and forth and as he got closer he was remembering something.
"So, you're the sailor scout for the princess of the moon." "Yes. I'm Mercury. The guardian of water and I'm the smartest of the four. But not as pretty as the princess herself." Said the blue haired woman. "I think you right." She turned to face him. "You are really even more beautiful than her. But I've never seen her so, what do I know." They both laughed. Why was he seeing this? Soon all his memories came flooding back and he stood still. He was a guardian to the king but then served the evil queen. Now he knew who he was.
Ami saw Zoisite standing near the edge and swam over to him. "Zoisite is there something you need?" No answer came. "Is something the matter? Are you not feeling well?" She asked way too many questions. Maybe that's how she's so smart. "Mercury." He finally said. Ami was astonished and reached her hand to his cheek. He saw her smiling and knew it was her. "I'm here for you always."
