AN: This is a sequel to Lookin' for Love; sorry it took so long to get it up.

They had been together for three months and were as happy as ever. Spike had moved into the Summer's house and had been there long enough that the house had had a little remodeling. Buffy's room had permanent drapes over the window and so did the rest of the house. It was obvious to the others that they were in love.

The phone rang at 9am it's too early, Buffy told herself as she rolled over to reach the phone. "Hello?"

"Buffy? It's Willow."

"Do you have any idea how early it is…" Buffy looked at the clock, "ok so not early but I had a long night"

"Sorry but I thought you would really want to know this."

"What?"

"I found a way to make Spike…human"

"What?"

"You know human…the thing is that it is a spell that can only be used once every five hundred years. Tonight is the night that that year is up…but the catch is that every Vamp from here to Tim-buck-two will want to use the spell. I've already had three money offerings to perform the spell."

"Well I'll talk to Spike." Buffy was trying to process what Willow was saying.

"Ok, get back to me. Bye."

"Bye, and thanks Will" She hung up and sighed. Spike being human would be great but she knew how he felt about it. He loved his demons side, not the evil I'm going to kill you part, but the ability to save a damsel in distress. He liked to be the hero, yet he would never admit that, he would say he was the Big Bad and that was that.

"Buffy, love, you need to talk to me 'bout?" He had only caught that last of the conversation.

"Oh that was Will, she…just wanted me to ask you if…you…wanted to…never mind it not important." She smiled and kissed him.

"Are you sure?"

"Yep, it's not a big deal, not important."

"Ok" He smiled at her and looked into the green eyes, she gasped. "What?" He looked questioning at her.

"Nothing, I'm just glad you're here…'cause I got this itch." She said slyly

"Oh really…" he wiggled his eye brow suggestively

"Yeah," she grabbed his hand and put it to her breast, "right here"

He took the hint and kissed her with lips and tongue. He could taste the desire in her.

She was content with what she had; he didn't need to be human to give her love and passion. Buffy was going to call Willow and tell her the answer but first she had an itch that needed to be scratched.

They usually slept together until noon then they would get up and go to the Magic Box through the underground. Buffy didn't doubt that she had made the right decision about him becoming human. Having spent 150 plus years as a vamp it would be kind of hard to be human again. But she couldn't help but think that she wanted to have a husband someone to grow old with, that was something spike couldn't do. She pushed those thoughts away from her mind and smiled at him as they walked hand in hand through the tunnel.

"Is something on your mind, love?"

"No, nothing big, just thinking about you, and me." She smiled at him again. He always brought the smiles out of her.

"You and me? So, what about us?"

"Just life and everything…" she found slightly she thought about life and babies…she had always thought she would have a kid or two but dating the undead kind of marked that off the list. But that was ok because she lover him.

"Buffy…" He knew that she had been thinking about kids again, they had had this conversation before and he tried not to bring it up much. He knew how much it hurt her to think that while being with him she could never start a family of her own. He lifted her face to meet his and smiled at her, he loved her so much that he would do anything to make her happy. He knew about a Spell that could only be cast tonight that would make him human… he would talk to Red today and ask about it.
