Waterfall is an echoey place.

The waterfalls make lots of noise, and the river gurgles, and the chasm that the water flows into is so deep, the sounds echo and bounce. He could hear the echo flowers bouncing the sounds of waterfall around if he tried.

He could also hear the echo flowers bouncing around the screams of the people that had been killed. The people who had tried to stop the invasion.

He couldn't stand it.

He got up and walked away.

This place wasn't safe anymore.

The kingdom was in ruins. Well, what had been the kingdom once was in ruins.

He knew what had happened when Alphys had taken control for a little.

Mettaton had overthrown her, telling her she should just do what she does best, which is work on his body. She'd disappeared, never to be seen again.

He knew the truth.

She'd committed suicide.

Mettaton hid this fact from everyone, saying that she'd just disappeared. That he couldn't find her. That she was just gone.

Dirty liar.

He was one of the people who'd "disappeared". He'd been thrown further underground, underneath Waterfall. Where all the people who "disrespected" Mettaton went.

Where his brother would go if he made one mistake.

He swore loudly.

"Friggin hell, why didn't I just go along with the plan? Then he wouldn't be in danger!" He growled, smashing his fist into a rock. "I hate this! I hate everything!"

He didn't notice the blow.

She was….admittedly very confused.

Why am I here? I fell down the waterfall, but seriously, why?

Why are all these people here?

Why is SANS here?

….why'd I knock him out again?

She sighed. "Uh, are you awake?"

No answer.

"If you are, I'm sorry for hitting you."

No answer.

"Uh, yeah. Um, bye…."

She left.
