Short Drabble. During X-3. I don't own these characters. While Bobby and Kitty are ice-skating. Warren is flying around and notices what's going on and decides to cheer up Rogue. REVIEW.

Warren saw the whole thing happening.

A pair of mutants walking quietly side by side, looks of love on both their faces. The male used his gift, one of ice, to create a sort of ice rink for the pair to skate on, and the girl yelped with joy, but this, this painful site of true love is not was interested him. It was the girl, beautiful as an angel, looking through a window of the building next to the bond, with such a look of jealousy and sorrow on her face he almost wanted to hurt both the lovers.

He decided, as he flew round the sky, that she was in need of a little company. He flew smoothly to her window. She jumped when she spotted him, stumbling back, starring at him curiously. He knocked on the window, giving her a reassuring smile. She opened the window hesitantly.

"Nice night, isn't it?" he asked.

"Suppose so," she sighed, casting a hidden glance at the couple by the lake. Warren looked to, and noticed they were kissing, arms intertwined.

"What do you say we go for a fly?" he asked, holding out his hand, flapping his wings softly.

"I don't even know you," she whispered.

"Warren Worthington. Mutant freak. Pain-in-the-ass-wings. Now you know me. Shall we?" he asked.

"Your wings are beautiful," she commented quietly.

"Glad someone thinks so," he said, "Please, come with me. I promise I won't harm you. Unless you'd rather stare in jealously at that couple down there?"

She cringed, "That's my boyfriend."

Warren raised an eyebrow, "Does he know?"

"Yes," she nodded, "And that's who he'd rather be with, apparently."

"Why?" Warren asked, "When the moonlight hits you just right, you look like a goddess. And you seem rather smart, refusing at least once not to go off with a stranger."

She laughed, then she took his hand, and he pulled her into his arms, lifting into the air. And she seemed to forget about Bobby and Kitty. After all, Bobby was nothing but a boy.

No where near an Angel.
