The Twilight Town Twins
Chapter 1: New girls in town
I was forced to sit in the back of the truck, which I didn't like. "Moving," I thought bitterly, "Why did we have to move?" "Isabelle," My mom had once more had to tell me why we're moving. "The fire, I know, I know." I muttered. "Yes sweetheart, the fire." "Come on sis cheer up," Luna told me slapping hard on the back. "Who knows what we could do there. We could go for track, volleyball, um oh meet new friends as well!" "That's the point," I told them, looking back at what used to be our house. "Okay I guess I'll do it."
The roads were bumpy and everything went by in a bur. I don't get carsick, but for some reseaon I just felt a little ill. "Maybe cause I'm nervous." I thought even though I don't get sick from being nervous ether but there's a 1st time for everything. A hard bump made me fall on stomach. As I sat up, my hat fell over my eyes; I fixed it so I could see. "I said cowboy take me away, throw this girl as high as you can into the moon…" Luna sang in a marry voice, it seemed that nothing ever bothered her. At last the truck came to a stop, I opened the door anxis to see where we were. "Um, mom were are we?" I asked confused. "Our house is a mushroom. What's up with that?" "It was like that Luna." Mom told us. "Why don't you two see what rooms you want." Changing the subject quickly.
I was the 1st upstairs to my surprise it was bigger than it looked on the outside. "I got dibs on this room!" I cried just as Luna came in. "Hey! No fair!" Luna joked pushing me into the wall. "Wow, whoever had this room before us, they must've liked the color sea green." "Or the ocean." I said looking around, remembering the sandy beaches back at home. "Oh well no matter. We need some sleep we got school tomorrow." Luna told me as the beds came in. "Yeah, you're right." I told her looking in the mirror. My long silky black hair was down I'd been in a rush to even put it up in a bun, my skirt was an aqua blue color that matched my cap which had a white circle in the middle with a capital "B" in it. I fixed my cap, as it fell over my green eyes again.
"Hey," Luna yelled at me as she popped her head back into my room. I gave her one of my looks that meant, "Back off!" She had black hair always down, green eyes, an aqua blue outfit that matched her hat that had a white circle in the middle with a capital "L" that was upside-down and faced the left. "Guess I'll see you in the morning eh sis?" She joked, acting like she was a redneck or something. "Yeah see you in the morning."
