Green quills were forced back by the wind resistance that came from running faster than the speed of sound. Scourge was on the prowl. Fiona was gone, that hadn't been a surprise, he didn't care. There was someone else...
Miles away from Scourge, in Freedom HQ Sonic was feeling anxious, pacing back and forth and wearing a hole in the floor from the friction. He decided to head out into the closely approaching evening. He knew his evil twin had escaped from Zonic, and would be looking for some way to cause havoc. Pointed ears angled to the side to catch more noise instantly pulled back as a Sonic boom echoed through the clearing of the forest. Next thing he knew the hero was pinned to a tree and had the green villain nipping at his neck in a rough but still affectionate way. Sonic moved his head away.
"Scourge..." it was a mix between a lustful moan and a annoyed whine. Green smirked, nuzzling the love bites he'd left on blue's neck. Still smirking he licked one of the pointed ears.
"What Sonic? You make it sound like you don't want me," Sonic whimpered quietly, instantly submitting himself to Scourge, the green one smiled, capturing the hero's lips. Sonic pulled his head away, even if he was the submissive one in their relationship he was still Sonic and was
hot headed enough to go against anything he didn't like. Scourge backed off, his lover not in the mood tonight, he respected Sonic for that, much as it annoyed him to be turned down. Sonic moved away from the tree.
"So besides me why are you out here?" blue asked as green pulled a cigarette out from his jacket pocket, lighting it and beginning to enjoy his bad habit.
"Eh, I figured Zonic wouldn't be looking here and I needed some chill time."
"Does he know anything about us?" Sonic was always nervous about anyone finding out his and Scourge's secret relationship. He wasn't sure Scourge even cared, what did it matter? It meant he could take Sonic the Hedgehog into his bed. There were bragging rights there.
"Zonic don't know anything about us babe and he never will, it's our little secret and you know that." Sonic nodded.
"Just worried." Scourge chewed on the end of the cigarette.
"Don't be, look... you know I love ya right?" Sonic nodded again, he was the only one Scourge had admitted to loving. "and I wouldn't let anyone make you unhappy right?" another nod. "Good, because you're my babe Sonic, and I'm always gonna protect you from those guys out there." Sonic's emerald eyes widened as he nuzzled against his lover.
"You promise Scourge?" Scourge smiled, scratching behind Sonic's ear affectionately.
"I promise."
