Your Pegasus flies tonight.
A little girl you are now,
but soon you will grow,
into a beautiful lady.
Maybe,
too soon.
Maybe I won't beable to see you.
Maybe I'll just fade from your memory,
as young men turn their heads to look your way.
Why can't I see you in a normal way?
Why must it always be in dreams that we can be together?
But now I decide to shake those negative thoughts from my mind,
now I am content to know,
that I will always have I place in your heart and mind.
"Pegasus!" you call.
"Hello, can I tell you what I saw today at school?"
I smile at that.
You're still a little girl.
Even if you do grow,
in my heart,
you'll always be my little dreamer.
