He's already tired when he reaches home that rainy day. He never could've prepared for the dangerous game into which he enters by simply stepping into his home. He freezes immediately, his eyes going wide with horror as he watches his little, green friends being pelted. Finally breaking free of the terror that seized him, Joey races across the floor and grabs up his Ninja Turtle slippers.
"It's just a game, Joey," DJ says, slinging balled socks into Jesse's leather boots.
He'll let Jesse remark to that when he gets home. For now, he just takes his slippers and runs.
