They were perfect for each other.
Sakura, having a violent nature, would brutally punch, kick, and or maim Hidan.
And Hidan… well he'd kinda get off on her treatment. Because for him there was no distinction between physical pain and pleasure. It all felt so fucking good.
So one day when Sakura was particularly angry with the Jashinist she ended up breaking four of his ribs and his xiphoid process.
But that was ok because hot damn that chick always left him hot and heavy. Her continual yelling and fierce punches on his person left her panting desperately for air, which gave him very vivid ideas depicting how to make her yell, scream, and pant his name in extremely different and more pleasurable tones.
Tough love was always a good kind of love.
Because hell having a hot girl have at you then have rough make up sex with you felt really fucking good.
And if you were as lucky as Hidan, this process would repeat multiple times over the week.
Sakura did have a short temper.
You really can't blame the guy for exacerbating it every now and then.
