APOV:
We were hunting. Everyone was there except Rosalie. She was at home 'babysitting' Bella. More like ignoring her completely.
Anyways, we had been hunting when I had a vision. Bella was at a nursery…. Babysitting. This is how it went:
Bella was at the Nursery at Forks Hospital.
"Hi, I'm Bella Swan. I need some community service hours, so I was wondering if I could abysit and the hospital's nursery."
"Are you Edward's girl?" the receptionist asked.
She blushed and answered, "Yes ma'am. That's me."
The receptionist smacked her gum, thinking. "Yeah, darling, that'd be fine. Follow me."
They were walking down the main corridors, when she took a sudden turn into a big, colorful room. There were 2 kids. One was about 18 months, the other was 4. Bella's faced was happy. Just as she was walking in, a mother came in and picked up the older child. The front office lady walked out. Suddenly, the woman in charge of the nursery turned to Bella.
"Today is my husband and I's anniversary. I'm not expecting any more kids. Do you think you could take care of Kamy?"
Indecision swept across Bella's face. "Umm, yeah, I would love too."
"Thank you so much, bye!" Then, she left.
I was in shock. I didn't know Bella liked kids. Every time Edward talked to her about not having kids, she blew it off and said she didn't care for them much.
"Hi, Kamy. I'm Bella." she said sweetly as she walked towards the little girl. The girl laughed and ran away. "Aww, come on! What do you want to do?
Kamy thought for a moment. "Bwook."
"You want to read a book?"
"Pwease?"
Bella laughed, "Oh, alright. Go pick one out." Kamy ran across the room and picked out a book. Bella picked her up and sat her on her lap, and started to read.
10 Minutes Later:
Kamy had fallen asleep. Bella smiled kindly and kissed her on the forehead.
I could not show this to Edward. He would slip and feel even worse about changing her. I would just have to talk to her about, and hope that this vision would not slip out. I looked up and saw his angry face. Too late.
EPOV:
Edward come quick! Alice is having a vision. But, it has been going for about an hour! Jasper thought.
I listened in. Why didn't Bella tell me this?! She loved them so much, and she was going to give that up to be with a monster. Then I heard Alice thinking, I can not show this to Edward. He would slip and feel even worse about changing her. I would just have to talk to her about, and hope that this vision would not slip out.
Too late Alice. I ran straight to Bella's.
BPOV: (after nursery)
I had just gotten home. Even though I technically only had 10 minutes community service, they gave me two hours. I walked to my room; I thought I was going to be alone. When I opened the door, Edward was sitting on the bed. His expression held anguish and anger.
He pinched the bridge of his nose. "Bella. Why didn't you tell me you liked kids?" Crap. Alice must have had a vision.
"Because I knew how much it would affect you. I'm sorry. Don't worry. I don't need kids. All I need is you."
"I suppose that's fine." He stared into my eyes. "Just know more secrets, okay love."
I laughed and kissed his cheek. "Alright. I love you."
"I love you, too."
