a/n: ever wondered how suze rejecting Paul made him feel. Paul usually puts this whole "I don't care" look, but I think he reli doez care. This is an idea I came up with in my English class. My lesson is so boring that I usually fall asleep, but instead I came up with this poem . I am not a paul fan but I thought I would be fun writing in Paul's P.O.V

The face
There is a time, when worst comes to worst
A time when I know, I can't live without you
A time when staying in the shadows, don't do much justice.
That time is now
I know sooner or later, we will have to part
But that's not what kills me inside
What kills me more is, the fact that deep down I know there is no "me and you"
That's why, with this newly found confidence
I have decided to risk it all
That day has come.
The day, I have waited forever for
The day, I will step out of the shadows
The day, I will stand in front of you
And ask you the question that's been eating my insides slowly
Today is the day I will ask "if you will be mine"
All I ask before you answer, is one simple favor
All I ask is for you to look at The Face.
The Face that tells it all – fear, doubt and most importantly
The Face that shows and promises you everlasting love.
I look at you as you reject me
I watch my life as it falls into ruins
And with that I give you on last look
This is the last you will see of me
I show you one last Face before I go
This Face shows a crushed soul and a Face of never ending sadness
On your last day on this earth, you will remember The Face.
The Face that was once filled with ever lasting love
Until you turned it icy cold
You will wish you had given me a chance
You will think how your life would have been different, if only you had given me a chance
But sometimes maybe isn't always enough ………..
