Summary: Emma hates Jay Sean comes back and he learns the truth then Emma realizes that she loves Jay.
Chapter 1. I'm Sorry
(Emma is walking to school when she sees Jay, Sean, and Spinner talking she passes them by)
Sean: Hey Emma want to hang out
Emma: (sees Jay) No thank you I rather die then even be two feet near Jay.
Sean: Okay how about me and you go to the DOT after school, like a date.
Emma: Sure Okay sounds great!
Sean: Awesome (Sean goes back with Jay and Spin and is telling them he's going on a date with Emma
Jay: You and Emma again (sounding upset)
Spin: what's wrong with Emma?
Jay: She's a basket case
(The bell rings)
Emma's at her locker when Alex comes and slams her locker
Emma: What's your problem?
Alex: Just wanted to pick on someone who won't fight back.
Emma: What makes you think I won't fight back?
Alex: I just do then she slaps Emma hard across the face
(Emma was about to push her when Manny comes to stop her)
Manny: don't she's not worth it
Emma: whatever (her cheek is red)
Jay: walks by Aww Emma's blushing
Emma: No I'm not blushing
Jay: What you got slapped?
Alex: Yep I slapped her, and then she pushes Emma
(Emma pushes her back. They then start fighting Alex punches Emma then Emma punches her in the nose Alex tears Emma's shirt so all you see is Emma's black tank top Emma then pushes her to the locker and punches Alex, but then Jay grabbed Emma, while Ms. Hatzilasko grabs Alex
Jay: whoa stop it calm down!
Emma: I'm calm okay
Ms. Hatzilasko: Who started it?
Alex: I did okay
Ms. Hatzilasko: Go to my office, Jay take Emma to the nurse
(Jay and Emma are walking to the nurse when Jay says)
Jay: You okay
Emma: yeah other than my shirt
Jay: Laughing Yeah you handled yourself pretty good back their how'd you do it
Emma: No one guess it was instinct
Nurse: Emma your next
(She goes to the nurse and then comes out)
Emma: Jay we can go back to class
Jay: Sorry Emma
Emma: for what
Jay: for the whole STD if I knew I would've never of done that I swear
Emma: I know its okay it's my fault to I should've been more responsible
