This is my first Fairy Tail work so please feel free to review and give me constructive criticism. There will be romance in this story, but I would prefer to let you guys just figure out the pairings for yourself. However, if you some of you really want to know I will gladly tell you. Lastly I would like to thank CelestialCircumference for beta reading this story for me and giving me some great advice.
The apartment was silent; its lone occupant was sleeping away in her bed. Then suddenly, a cheerful alarm went off, echoing through the room. The woman quickly sat up and turned off the alarm before running over to the window. She opened up the blinds, letting in the sunlight, and looked down at the city with a happy sigh.
"Ahhh. Today is the day. I'm going to finally start my first day at the agency. I can't wait."
She ran to her bedside table so she could read her acceptance letter one last time.
"Ms. Heartfilia we have received your request to transfer from the Secret Service to T.A.I.L and it has been granted. You need to sign in at the headquarters, Monday at 08:00. There you will be introduced to the agency as a whole and partnered with one or more our highly professional agents. We look forward to seeing you using your exemplary skills that you have required for the agency.

Giggling like a school girl whose crush had just looked at her, she ran to her bathroom to get ready and then her closet to put on her most professional looking pantsuit. As she was riding the elevator down to the parking garage to get in her car, she was excitingly talking to herself.
"I can't wait to see who they partner me up with. I bet they'll be really cool and professional."

The alarm blared, causing Natsu to quickly sit up. He slowly rubbed his eyes, hoping it would help wake him up fully.
"I think I drank a little too much at the bar last night," he thought as he felt his headache get worse with each ring of the alarm. It was at this moment that he realized how different his alarm sounded this morning. He removed his hands from his eyes and looked around the room.
"Oh Crap."
This was not his apartment. It couldn't be. Except for several books scattered across tables and shelves, the room was much too clean. He was definitely sure it wasn't his place when he looked at the other side of the bed where he saw a sleeping bluenette.
"Ffffffffffffff-," he quietly said, unwilling to finish the word in fear of waking up the girl next to him. He got out of the bed and picked up and put on his clothes that he found scattered around the apartment. He then found his apartment keys, wallet, phone, and MP3 player and ear buds. Next, he silently snooped around the apartment trying to find any evidence that he had been there. It was mostly just some pink hairs scattered around the apartment, but luckily he found a lint roller (though he did have to pick a few out of her finger nails…ugghhh). Let's also just say that he found some evidence that also proved that Natsu would probably not have to worry about any unwanted surprises in the future…..ugghhh.
Once he finished looking over the apartment he left without making a sound, silently praying that Levy would wake up with just as little memory of the previous night. He ran down the stairs and through the lobby, trying to avoid anyone who would recognize him. Once he got out the door it was a straight shot to the agency. As he began his mile jog he put on his earbuds and snorted at the song that was playing.
"And I ran, I ran so far away
I just ran, I ran all night and day
I couldn't get away"
