I. lection: Get a date

Summary: First in the Lection serie. I think the title says everything there is to.

Pairing: IruKaka

Disclaimer: Sadly, not mine. But soon I will steal them from Mishimoto in secret ninja-style!

It was a beautiful day. A light breeze ruffled Kakashi's unbound hair as he had forgone his forehead protector today and stood at his window to enjoy the warmth of the sun. His green vest and the rest of his Jounin-equipment lay on his bed.

Iruka landed in an elegant crouch on the wall beside his window. Kakashi slowly opened his eyes.

"Great weather, isn't it?" Iruka asked happily as he gripped his bag to keep it from slipping off of his shoulder. For a second Kakashi scruntizised him critically, then he closed his eyes again.

"You will never learn it, huh? The stitches in your side are quite sloppy, if I may say so." Iruka looked down at his body in surprise and caught sight of blood seaping even through the thick material of his vest.

"Oh, that. Nothing but a minor scratch." He shrugged it off easily. "So, what are you doing this evening?"

"I am busy," Kakashi only said, his eyes crinkling into his customary eye-smile.

"Don't tell me you are busy again taking a walk with your dogs. Or that your blankets need replacement and you need to buy them right tonight," Iruka groaned miserably.

Kakashi feigned surprise and blinked innocently at the dark haired schoolteacher. "I just can't fathom how you always know that so exactly, Iruka-sensei!"

Iruka groaned again, then quickly darted forward until he was nose to nose with Kakashi. The silver-haired Jounin didn't back away.

"Why don't let me lend you some blankest for tonight?" he asked suggestivly. Kakashi's eyes widdened but before he could react, Iruka had already withdrawn and jumped off of the wall with a happy, "Tonight at seven at your place then!" before he disappeared.

"Wha-! Wait! I never said Yes!" Kakashi screeched but Iruka was already out of hearing range.
