Chapter 1: What are you doing here?
Author Note: Hey guys I am back with a new chapter and of course this is a new story for The Client List. I hope that you guys like it. It returns for a new season on March 10th!
Riley was shocked to see her husband siting there when she came out of Gerorgia's office. She had been avoiding him since he got back.
"We need to talk." Kyle says to his wife. "I need to explain what happen to me and why I left. I was in a bad place that I could not take or protect my family. That's why I left. I want a chance to make it work between the both of us."
"I can't put the kids thou this. You left us." Riley says. "You promised that you would always be there for me and the kids and you just left."
"I came back for you thou. I heard something about you being in trouble." Kyle says before the lights starts flashing. "Are you in trouble?"
"I don't know Kyle. I just need to handle this so I can get back to Katie and Travis." Riley says to her husband as they watch as the cop comes into the room.
"We got notice that there was a alarm going on. Do you have Id?" Nathan says to Riley and Kyle. He knew who Riley was because of the massage that he got but did not know who this guy was.
"Yeah." Kyle says taking out his driving licence. "My wife just need to come and get something that she forgot and so I came with her."
"That's a nice husband of you." Nathan says not believing him for a second. He doesn't see what she is hiding. "Alright you guys can go."
As Riley is locking up the place, Nathan is talking to her husband and that's making her nervous because she is not sure what he is telling her. She walks up to them and waits for a chance to break it up.
"hey, we need to get back to the kids. My mom's watching them remember?" Riley says to her husband as she walks to her car. The boys say goodbye and Nathan walks over to Riley's car.
"I know that your husband was covering for you but I am not sure that he knows what you and the other girls do here." Nathan says to Riley. "We will get this place as soon as we can. I would be careful if I were you." Riley drives home and makes plans to call Gerogia in the morning.
