"Remind me not to get into anymore bar-fights," Sam noted as Dean came into the room after him.
"What are you talking about? We kicked all their asses, and scored some free beer." Dean reached into his pocket, pulling out some cash. "Not that we couldn't afford it."
"What...? How...? Where'd you get that?" Sam haltingly questioned.
"When you were off getting into a fight, I was playing video poker!"
"You know what this means, don't you?" Sam asked. As soon as the words were out of Sam's mouth, the thought popped into both the brothers' heads.
"Road trip!"
