AN: Just something I made up after playing through FFVII disk 2 after the Lifestream swallows up Mideel. You know, that part where Cloud and Tifa start piecing together Cloud's memories? Something was calling Tifa to Mt. Nibel...Kinda morbid though...

There's a secret in these mountains, that draws the young girl near.
A voice lingers in her head, that of a mother dear.
She scales the mountain higher, eyes aglow and spellbound.
As she runs ahead much further, her feet never seem to touch the ground.
She seems to lose her sanity, as the place comes into view.
The sky aburst with grey, with a mako hue.
She rushes with a leap, but does not hear the sound.
Of the gravel losing grip, of the cliff and of the ground.
Her voice echos "Mother!", as she begins her long plummet.
From the home of the reactor, the Mt. Nibel summit.
The blonde who had followed, too fell with a guilty heart.
That he could not had stopped this, before it even had a chance to start.
The girl survived the fall, though she would not wake.
Her mind echoing, and her heart about to break.
The boy's eyes turn red, as the tears begin to fall.
While inside her head, "You failed!" continues to call.
Up in the mountains, the cruel creature begins to grin.
As she looks at what she caused, more pain and more sin.
Years later the girl's still fascinated with the mountains, guiding tours up there.
Though at night she still dreams, about red eyes, blue skin, and swirling pale hair...
AN: OMIGOSH. This was really fun to write! I love it! Does it make any sense? Do you all like it? Is it any good? Did it freak you out? Why am I asking so many questions? I'm just excited! This was great!
