Before Delphine could properly give a reply to the eager Ravenclaw, she was being dragged over the the table and being offered a seat on the long, wooden benches. "Just wait a second." Cosima said, glancing down the table at other students, seeing the breakfast spread that would soon pop up in front of them. "Food's gonna be great today, especially since we have all you visiting. Can't wait." And with that the food was on the table, brightly colored breakfast foods filled the air with sweet aromas, beautiful displays, and what was sure to be delicious taste.

Cosima dove right in, grabbing a bit of fruit, some and toast dabbing it with a little butter. Delphine smiled at Cosima, who looked extremely pleased with the food before, them, and Delphine was rather impressed too. Reaching for a croissant, she heard Cosima let out a soft chuckle. "Is something funny, Cosima?" She said, smiling herself as she saw Cosima eyeing the pastry in her hand. "Am I not allowed to treat myself to a delicacy that reminds me of home?" Delphine covered her smirk with the back of her hand, trying not to let Cosima see her amusement.

"No, dude, you're fine. I just, you know, I think it's just so perfect that the girl from France is partaking in the food from France." She bit into her toast and tore a piece off, pocketing it in her cheek, continuing. "I hope the Hogwarts elves do as good of a job baking those here as they do over seas. I would hate to imagine Hogwarts didn't live up to the Beauxbatons standard." Cosima winked at Delphine, knowing Hogwarts never could, at least not in the French girl's eyes.
