Horizontal Daydream
Happy Holidays to you all. This is one of my favorite side ships, and I love the raw connection that they share. Also, feel free to read my other Christmas offering, Roll Call. Please, enjoy!
She was lonely. True, she had visitors everyday, who came in and kept her company. Some even took great care of her, washing her of the dirt, helping with the make up, making sure she looked her best.
But HE was not there.
She heard rumours whenever people came to visit the library that her Captain was off in Neverland, on a dangerous mission, hoping to rescue the Sheriff's son.
This meant that he was away from her.
They only really had two meaningful encounters, when his whole body was pressed up against her, with her breaking his fall, but those encounters were etched into her head. She was in love.
And now, he may never return.
He was probably surrounded by beautiful women, and would spend his nights with them. She knew for a fact that the Sheriff and the Mayor had gone with him. It was more than likely that her love was unrequited.
But she knew that their encounters had meant something - after all, he kept returning, again and again.
Perhaps they would all return safely and then, then they would have a future?
She heard the heavy click of heels and stilled. The librarian was here, hopefully with some news of her love.
She would endure the sharpest 4 inch heels digging into her hardwood surface, if it meant that she would find out how her Captain Hook was fairing.
AN: And yes, as my Christmas Gift to you all, I am gifting you the wonderful present of Captain Floor. See you all on Sunday for a new chapter of Starlit Waltz xx
