So, this is my first time writing for a different story. I usually only write for The Series Of Unfortunate Events book series but I watched The Notebook the other day and wrote a little fic for it. It's sad. It's based for after Allie and Noah have that little fight in the movie. Where Allie almost gets in a crash with that car while she drives away from Noah. I hope you enjoy it.
Allie's mind raced. That fight had been the worst. She was in her car and driving. Driving away from the fight and Noah standing outside the house. Tears enveloped her eyes. Only closing her eyes for a split second longer, caused everything to change. Her car veered left and she opened her eyes to late. The car in front of her, and her own, collided. Her life flashed before her eyes. She was always with or thinking about Noah. If only she could have told him how much she loved him and how sorry she was.
Noah looked after her, clutching his heart. He had just told her how much he loved her. He poured his heart out to her and she left. A crashing noise interrupted his thoughts. It was faint and yet loud. It echoed in his ears. He ran in the direction Allie had left, which was the same way of the noise. He ran as fast as he could with the sudden adrenaline. 'Please tell me that wasn't her,' he thought as he panted. He turned a corner and saw the wreckage. Two cars that had collided were scattered all over the road. A woman in a blue dress with wavy blond hair lay on the road. "No! Allie!" he yelled and ran to her. "Allie?" He collapsed to his knees beside her. Her eyes were just barely open.
Allie saw Noah run to her side, panting and panicked. "Allie?" she could barely hear him ask. She opened her mouth but her voice wouldn't work. She was only able to mouth the words, 'I'm sorry,' before her eyes closed entirely.
"Allie?" Noah looked at her closed eyes. "Allie?" he yelled. His hand on her cheek, he shook her. "C'mon wake up." How and why this was happening to him, he had no clue. His heart stopped. "Allie!" He buried his head in her neck and just hugged her. "I'm so sorry, Allie. I love you and I'm so sorry," he cried, cradling her.
Because of the one more split second Allie had her eyes closed, the entire ending of this story changed.
Like this, how could our love end?
Our story just took a twist and bend.
Oh how much I wish I had you back.
This will kill me, this love of lack.

Well? Was it good? I kinda wrote this a while ago. Well at least before I read the book. Which by the way, I like the movie better then the book for once.
