OK I had to write a oneshot on the season finale because yes It was a good episode but I thought some things could of gone on a bit longer like JJ and Reid scene asking if she was pregnant was just over and done in seconds and totally wish we could have had a WILLIFER moment so here is my take on JJ telling Will she's pregnant.
Believe and it can happen
Closing the door quietly JJ placed her handbag down in the hall way, trying to be quiet knowing Henry would be asleep as it was late. Seeing the kitchen light was still on JJ smiled walking in.
"Hey"
"Hey" Will said looking up from the file he was reading on the counter
"I saw the news you find Meg and her friend?"
JJ nodded, leaning on the counter "Yeah they're both safe and home. We were lucky"
Will nodded. "You OK?"
JJ bit her lip. "Yeah, yeah" she smiled to herself "Just a convocation me and Spence had before I came home"
"Yeah?"
JJ smiled. "I'm late"
Will raised his brow. "J..."
JJ looked at him giving him a big smile"
"Seriously"
JJ nodded. "I took a couple of tests at work and they were all positive"
Will smiled walking towards her giving her a big hug. "We're having a baby?"
JJ smiled "Yeah" she said tears In her eyes.
"I love you"
"I love you too" JJ smiled kissing him.
Will smiled running his thumb across her cheek wiping away her tears.
"No tears"
"They're happy tears" JJ. "I should make a doctors appointment just to make sure"
"Do it in the morning, right now we should both get some sleep"
JJ nodded, laying her head onto his chest.

Taking a deep breath JJ bit down onto her lip.
"Relax"
"I can't" JJ said taking his hand in hers.
"We've..."
"JJ, this is a good thing its what we want its what you want its what I want. Its happening"
JJ nodded, taking a deep breath seeing the doctor walk in.
"So you ready?"
"Than I'll ever be"
"Well congrats that right there is your baby"
JJ smiled widely looking at the monitor "We're pregnant"
"Again" Will smiled kissing her forehead.

2 weeks later.
Laying down on the bed, JJ looked at Will seeing him wake up.
"What's wrong?"
"Kate handed in her notice"
Will smiled sitting up. "You OK?"
"Yeah, I'm just going to miss her."
"She'll stay in touch"
JJ nodded.
"So what else is wrong?"
"I think I need to tell the team"
"Well Reid already knows but that does sound like a good idea"

Walking into Hotch's office JJ took a seat.
"Everything OK?"
JJ nodded. "Yeah everything is great actually" JJ said pausing
"I'm pregnant"
Hotch smiled. "Congratulations"
"Thank you" JJ smiled.
"We'll figure everything out again soon."
JJ nodded. "Will persuaded me to tell you guys straight away"
"Well Will's a good guy like that"
JJ smiled. "Yes he is"
"Good luck telling the rest of the team."
"What your not joining me?"
"I think you can handle it"
JJ smiled. "Thanks Hotch"
Walking back into the bullpen JJ smiled seeing Will leaning against her desk.
"Hey what you doing here?" JJ smiled kissing him.
"I thought you might want some company"
JJ smiled, seeing everyone gather around them.
"Everything ok gumdrop I just got Will's message" Garcia
JJ smiled looking at Will and everyone. "Actually yeah things are great because we're pregnant"
Garcia screamed hugging JJ "Oh my god another one"
JJ smiled. "Yes "
"Congrats you guys" Morgan said shaking Will's hand.
"One wasn't enough?" Rossi asked hugging her.
"Eh we thought we better even it out" JJ smiled hugging Rossi back.
"I'm sorry to interrupt my crime fighters. But we've just gotten a new case" Garcia"
JJ smiled. "Duty calls"
"Call me later, I love you" Will.
"Love you too " JJ smiled kissing him.
Watching Will leave, JJ made her way up to the conference room. Ready for a new case.
