"We should get up soon," Kevin Levin says as he lies on his side and lightly traces the curve of Gwendolyn Tennyson's bare back and up to her bra strap.
"Hmm, we should." Gwen mumbles and shifts closer to her boyfriend.
"So, I've been thinking," Kevin rolls onto his back and kicks the sheets on Gwendolyn's bed off his jean clad legs and onto the girl's exposed feet.
"Not too hard, I hope." Gwen grins and wraps an arm around Kevin; she pillows her head on his chest.
Kevin laughed, "Never." He looks up to the ceiling of Gwen's room then looks back to the girl, "You're gonna be out of high school soon."
Gwen nods and swats Kevin's wandering hand away from the clasp of her bra. "It's amazing how fast time flies."
"Have you narrowed down your college choices?"
"Not really." Gwen pushes herself up to look down at Kevin, "There's so much to look at, and the invitations just keep coming."
Kevin smirks. "I'm not surprised; you're smart, pretty and save the world from intergalactic criminals in your free time. They'd be pretty stupid not to want you."
Gwen blushes and sweeps her hair out of her face, "Most of them are so far from here."
"You shouldn't let that stop you. If they have what you want, go for it."
"Even if it takes me away from you?"
Kevin wraps an arm around Gwen's shoulders and brings her back down onto his chest. "If my GED scores are good enough I was going to go to one of those engineering schools."
"Kevin Levin admits to wanting a college degree." Gwen folds her arms under her head and smiles, "This is a day to be remembered."
Kevin flushes, "It's won't be that easy supporting a family with just a GED, and being a plumber has a lot of risks-"
Gwen places a hand over Kevin's lips, "A family?"
Kevin grabs Gwen's hand and laces their fingers together, "I like you, a lot." He licks his lips, "Maybe when we're all grown up, we'll be more than boyfriend and girlfriend."
Gwen blushes and pulls Kevin's head down for a kiss, "Gwendolyn Levin; sounds fancy."
Kevin grins, "You're amazing Gwen; I'm glad you gave me this chance."
