The discovery
After the creation of the new Jedi order, it existed for years and years, with unlike the other Jedi order, they allowed marriage. When the clone wars erupted, Jedi knight anakin skywalker was on a routine mission on quell when humongo separatist cruisers were fighting the GAR in what would end badly for both sides, and the secret Jedi order on Quell.

"Hang on Master, don't you sense it?" Ashoka said. She was anakin's padawan.
"I sense it too. Okay, it is worth a look." Anakin said. Little did they know that they would be walking straight into The temple of Grand Master Revan, who had found out what darth plagueis failed at finding, how to look young and fresh, but be almost immortal.
Anakin's Gunship arrived. Revan went out to greet the visitors.
"Hello Skywalker. We have been expecting you for some time. Come in, there is much to discuss."
Anakin was shocked. He was seeing the ex dark lord of the sith, Revan, whom he had learned about as a youngling, said to be dead, alive right in front of him. Even stranger to have Revan know his name. Anakin was completely and utterly shocked and confused.
