Long time no see, guys. I can't seem to write anything these days, and I'm only sort-of satisfied with this thing. But I haven't put up anything in so long so...
Can someone help me with titles, though? I mean, this is getting ridiculous.D:
Remus/Sirius, PG-13 for some swearing. This one's quite the piece of fluff.XD
Close
It was a closet on the fourth floor. Maybe it had always been there, but I didn't remember seeing it before. Definitely not the inside of it, anyway, squashed in beside someone. Who had ever heard of a self-locking closet, anyway? Who designed this school?
My shoulder was getting stiff from staying in the same cramped position for what felt like half an hour of wondering what to do when banging on the door and yelling hadn't helped and it was getting almost unbearably hot. I could feel Sirius all the way down his side, a warm line from my shoulder to his calf, and the bastard was laughing.
"What the hell are you laughing for?" I hissed irritably, ignoring the way the shuffling vibrations from the other's repressed chuckles reverberated through me as well. "It's not exactly the funniest situation, you know."
But Sirius kept on sniggering quietly. Funny, he usually never shuts up. Probably thought this was romantic, or something. So cliched, though, being stuck in a closet of all things.
Finally, I gave in to the ache and slid down so I was sitting on the floor of the closet, which wasn't that much better since now my legs were going to get cramped too. I could still feel Sirius' shoe beside my thigh and his presence above me, before he slid down as well to join me. Except, as he bent his long legs, one of his knobbly knees somehow managed to hit me in the face, hard. I hadn't seen it coming, it was so dark in there.
My hands flew up to my face. "Ah shit, Sirius! I'm bleeding!" I cried, nursing my fragile-feeling nose and feeling the slow, warm trickle over my top lip. It hurt like hell, but it didn't feel like anything was broken, fortunately.
He cursed too before apologising profusely and shuffling around, apparently looking for tissues, eventually finding one and feeling for me in the dark to gently dab at my nose.
I almost yelled in pain as he dabbed too hard and grabbed the tissue to do it myself, muttering curses under my breath all the while.
"Sorry Moony." He said it again, quieter this time, and he sounded so sheepish and... guilty that I had to forgive him.
I sighed and held the tissue against my nose to stem the steady flow of blood. We were going to have to find another one soon, this one was nearing the end of it's papery lifetime. How long had Sirius had it in his pocket?
"It's ok, don't worry." I replied. "It's not like Belladonna can't fix it in no time. Just... be more careful next time we have about three inches of space between us."
I could sense Sirius' grin in the dark. "You mean there's going to be a next time, Moony? I wouldn't mind being three inches away from you..."
I stopped him before his face could get any closer.
"Hello, broken nose here." I said quietly, but I allowed him to sort of nuzzle his head into my neck. I rested my head towards him, his hair against my cheek, glad to notice that my nosebleed had slowed, almost stopping.
"Moony?" His voice didn't seem to interrupt the silence at all.
"Yeah?"
"'M sleepy..."
He twisted around so his head was more on my shoulder, and rested one of his hands on my leg.
My nose had stopped bleeding, though it still hurt. I hoped somebody would come soon, even if it was Filch.
The warmth didn't seem so overbearing now, though.

Belladonna is their Pomfrey, by the way. I can't remember if their nurse was ever mentioned, but correct me if I'm wrong!
I'd love to hear your thoughts!
