I guess you could say that I'm not very interesting. It seems about right do so when I think about it. I've never been very interesting, nothing out of the ordinary has ever happened in my life. I don't stand out, I'm very quiet, and over all I'm just and average person. But even still I suppose saying that does no good if you don't know who I am. My name is Leonard Straus I'm about 19 years of age by this point and getting close to twenty. As I said before I am in fact a rather boring guy, nothing interesting has ever happened in my life as far as I can remember. Today in particular has been a rather boring day as I have done nothing but sit at my computer and search for something to do. All my friends are offline and there is never anything good enough on the television to even bother with that.
"What to do, what to do" I pondered as I sat quietly at my desk, stretching my back over the back of my chair. After a long moment of sitting and thinking I finally opted for checking my emails as at the very least that would provide some way to occupy myself for a short while.
As I disinterestedly perused my inbox I found that this was doing nothing to alleviate my boredom and switched over to my junk box. Most of the time there was more in my junk box than my inbox, as most of the emails I got were adverts from random websites like "get great deals on XXX!" or "win a free bla bla bla" and I had long since set stuff like that to be immediately set to junk to be trashed later. But to my honest surprise I found that only one email was in my junk box, an email with no address or reply link. It was a simple text based email with no pictures, and all that it contained was a short phrase and two links "is your life boring?" The links were connected to yes and no. I couldn't help but scoff at this. It was just like one of those shows where the main character is asked a question and obliviously answers, causing his life to change forever or something. I thought about it for a short while before clicking no, at which point the email was deleted and not a second later my phone buzzed to indicate I had received another email. Upon refreshing the page I was presented with another email from the blank sender. "Are you sure?" That was all it said, the same yes and no links still present. I clicked yes and heard my phone buzz again, I refreshed the page and read the new email. What happened next; oh how do I explain?
