Seven Minutes left
Seven minutes is all Jack has to see Ianto. It's been 4 years since Ianto's death and he cherishes every minute he gets with Ianto every time he dies. But this particular time he wants to stay dead... In this first of seven minutes he'd run to Ianto and pull him into a hug. He knew he surprises Ianto every time he does this, but it's all he can do to remind his ex-lover he still loves him.
Six Minutes left
The second of seven minutes Jack stares into Ianto's Blue eyes and long to be able to wake up and see them next to him. Ianto says nothing, just giving Jack the cherish the feeling of being close to him again. Ianto smiles when Jack moves his hand and runs his thumb over his cheek. It takes all the strength that Ianto has to keep from setting his hand on Jacks.
Five Minutes left
The first part of the third of seven minutes is spent kissing Ianto just to make it memorable. The second half is spent in his lovers arms. This minute seems to mater the most, it may not be the final minute, but it matters more to both than the final, this gives both the security they haven't felt in 4 years.
Four Minutes left
The fourth of seven minutes this minute is the one that seems to hurt, both realize that they only have a few minutes left. How should this one be spent? They ponder this question for a long time before deciding to just stand there in the what seems to be comfortable silence, nothing has to be said, because it was said four years ago. Ianto knows Jack wants to say something, but Jack usually saves it for the final minute.
Three Minutes left
The fifth of seven minutes hurts Jack just a little bit more than the last, because Ianto starts to cry. It takes all of Jacks will power to keep from crying. Ianto begins to spill everything, he tells Jack that he misses him, that he wants to be back on earth, that he wants to be part of the team again, that he wants to be able to wake up next to Jack. Jack just stands and lets him cry, because Jack wishes he was able to grant these things to Ianto.
Two Minutes left
This is the sixth of seven minutes. This is the minute that makes Jack start to cry with Ianto. He tells Ianto that he misses him as well, that it's hard knowing that he won't come up to his office with coffee and tell him good morning, he tells Ianto that the new coffee boy isn't as good at coffee as Ianto was.
The Final Minute
This minute was crucial to Jack. This was the minute where he told Ianto he loves him and will see him again the next time he dies, he tells Ianto he'd kill himself just to see him again and Ianto lets out a laugh at what Jack says and kisses him goodbye just before Jack fades away.
Jack gasps as he comes back to life and begins to cry. "I saw him, I saw Ianto..." He says, and all the rest of the team can do is cry with Jack.
Ianto Jones and Jack Harkness were a soul combined into one. Nothing could seperate them, not even death.
