Rain
The rain falling was echoing strangely on the metal roof of the Potters' household. Lily Potter however was snuggled up to her husband. It was nearly October and the weather was abysmal.
James had fallen asleep so Lily moved as carefully as possible to go outside.
She walked out to the porch, and a memory re-entered, reminding her of what she loved best.
The ground was rather moist with the rain, but she didn't mind. She started walking a bit faster, breathing deeply, and started to dance. Suddenly a song came to mind and she started singing.

Suddenly she stopped both singing and dancing.
She opened her eyes to find a messy-haired someone watching her with a smile. She hadn't realized that she was dancing on the porch.
"I hope I didn't disturb you two," she said quietly, noticing Harry in James' arms. He smiled and shook his head gently.
"No, you didn't, I was just wondering where you went," he said and brushed her lips. Harry squirmed, obviously not too pleased with his new position.
Lily laughed and took Harry in her arms. He snuggled up close to her and instantly fell asleep.
James led the way into the house and they both snuggled up in bed with Harry lying between them.
