Race: Time Lord, British (Doesn't need a TARDIS to travel around time and space, as in has the time vortex running through her head, like BAD WOLF and her head won't explode, but keeps a miniature one around her neck for companions)
Powers: Phoenix could, summon electricity, weapons, and all the elements and 'child' elements, she could also speak with animals, fly, teleport, use dark magic and even though was not trained in the art, was a master assassin. Last but not least, her amazing deduction skills (Sherlock Holmes good).
Outfit: A black shirt with black shorts, black tights with knee high black lace-up roller skate boots and wore a black hooded cape wherever she went, this made her look like a boy as well as her facial structure, even if she was dis-cloaked she would still look like a boy. Also seems emotionless.
Hair & Eyes: Short Blackish Reddish hair and emerald/scarlet/pink eyes. When using full power the tips of Phoenix's hair turns white.
