Blackness. That was all I could think of when I tried to remember my past. Not even the littlest bit of my past life. At least I know who my family is, my real name, and what had happened to me. But to make up for my forgotten memories, I try to think of what would've happened before I was sent to the asylum.
Cynthia peeked out the window and saw him coming up the walk. She ran towards the door and suddenly fell like she was fainting. A maid came running and tried to pick her up. After a few times she just yelled for someone. Thomas just opened up the door and saw the scene. He turned around and ran back home knowing he wouldn't be welcomed after that.
"Mary! Stop that nonsense, your acting like your possessed."
Slowly I woke out of my trance. I looked over to see my sister standing in the door way. Just the person I wanted to see.
"He's on his way over now." It was all I had to say. She looked confused for a second. Then she understood. She was probably the only one who was acceptable of these visions, if you could count not telling mother and father every time she found me this way.
And this vision she'd take advantage of. Her worst courtier, Thomas, was on his way to pester her. She quickly thought out the plan I had seen her use in the vision. He wouldn't be seeing her today and Cynthia would be getting what she wanted.
Of course she didn't do this with all her courtiers, she was gracious to the ones she liked and she got rid of the ones she didn't see herself with. She was younger than me but she handle this better than I could if I was in her position. Then again she'd be in my place and I wouldn't want to give anyone this "curse" as some people see it. Its a gift if used for good.
