Naruto ends up transported to Vvardenfell and will live through the events of Morrowind/Oblivion/The infernal city/Skyrim
Naruto will gain access to the kyuubi at some point in the story line
Naruto will be taught by Minato/Kushina in his sleep about seals and some basics of ninjutsu and such.
Naruto will become immortal (immune to disease, aging, poison, etc) from the corpus infection.
Naruto is the nerevarine/hero of kvatch/dragonborne, although he might gain dragonborne status from sealing a daedra inside himself like hermi!
Naruto seals the heart of Lorkham inside himself becoming a daedra prince in all but name at the end of Morrowind,
Naruto gains the rinnegen for his wish from Amalexia in tribunal, and eventually makings vivic, Amalexia, and sotha Sil his 'paths'.
The destruction of the city of vivic doesn't happen because Vivic becomes the deva path of naruto, and therefore can stop the ministry of truth from falling from the sky and destroying southern Vvardenfell.
Recommendations
Does naruto stop with the heart of lorkham? Does he seal the powers of Molag bal, mehrunes dagon, etc to save the world? Do they effect his mind?
Naruto eventually gets to return home after his adventures? How will he feel about things? Has time passed or was it just a split second for him?
Will naruto join guilds? I don't think he'd fit in with the dark brotherhood personally. Possibly the molag tong though. Once he gains the power of the rinnegon does he try to grant chakra to his subordinates? Starting a new generation of ninja in tamriel?
Lot of options.
