This was a awkward situation, even for this family. This weird and awkward young woman they had all seen around Central City, was apparently Barry and Iris' daughter from the future. Cecile asked Joe question.

Cecile: I know I'm still kinda new to all this. Is it okay to be freaked out by all of this?
Joe: God I hope so.

Barry and Iris took young Nora aside to discuss this situation privately.

Barry: Okay, Nora, what exactly was this mistake you made?
Nora: Saving you. You were suppossed to die stopping Devoe's satellite.
Barry: That doesn't make sense. If I died then that means I couldn't have fathered you later.
Nora: You didn't. I never really asked mom for details but, I always assumed it happanned, the old fashioned way.
Iris: That would mean I'm pregnant right now, which I'm not.
Nora: Trust me you are. Go to your doctor if you don't believe me.
Iris: Yeah, I definitely should see a doctor.
Nora: Anyway I came back here, first to your wedding, to meet you. I figured I could just see you, blend in, not disrupt the timeline in anyway. But after, I couldn't resist the temptation to see the others, Caitlin, Harry, Ralph, Cisco, Joe.
Iris: But apparently not interacting with your own mother.
Nora: I was worried, if I did, you'd remember it later. You didn't exactly support my idea to go back and see dad.
Barry: Is there a reason you didn't worry about the others remembering you in your own time?
Nora: Yeah, they aren't alive in my time. Anyway, I was suppossed to leave before you died beating Devoe, but when the time came I couldn't let you die. I knew the exact nanosecond that you punched that falling satellite, so I was able to punch it too. If only one of us had impacted it, we would have died.
Barry: And clearly that changed the future, for better or worse.
Nora: Little bit of both. I was hoping we could keep the good changes and get rid of the bad ones.
Barry: We?
Nora: I was hoping to stick around for a little while, there's no way I can do this alone.
Barry: That's true. And we, the whole team including you, will come up with a plan together.

Barry hugged his daughter, and Iris joined them. They tried to be careful with Iris, since she was apparently pregnant with younger Nora. Nora was happy with this. It was the first time she ever got to hug both of her parents.
