Number fourteen laid down on her bed, after the mission Saix gave her. She couldn't say, but it seems her missions were more difficult and longer than they were before… She might have to ask Saix about it, but one thing was sure. She couldn't get her ice creams with her two friends today.
"Roxas… I know we're just nobodies, but… Why do I feel like this near you…" A few tears dropped as she grabbed her pillow tightly.
Roxas went in Xion's room after Saix told him she came back. He saw the lights off, and decided not to bother her. He was about to leave when he heard her crying. He went back in the room, and put his hand on her shoulder while sitting down next to her. "Is there something wrong, Xion ?"
Xion gasped when she felt Roxas touching her. She tried to look at him, but didn't want to show him her tears. "What're you doing here ?" She asked, her voice broken by tears.
Roxas seemed pretty surprised by her answer, but replied anyway. "Axel and I were looking for you, but you didn't come… Is there something wrong ?"
"No… Everything's alright… Please, leave me alone… I… I need to think a bit…" Xion bit her lip, trying not to let her tears invade her face, but failed. As Roxas turned around to leave without a word, Xion stopped him immediately by holding his arm. Roxas could see the tears rolling on her cheeks.
"Roxas… Do you… love me ?" Xion asked, a bit concerned.
Number thirteen showed a great smile. "Of course I love you ! You're my best friend, Xion ! Got it memorized ?" The boy imitated his best friend, number eight.
Xion nodded. "I will. Good night, Roxas."
"Good night, Xion !" Energetically, the boy turned to his own room.
Xion, after making sure that Axel wouldn't show up, get back in her bed, and cried again, with more intensity this time.
"Roxas… Why can't you understand…" She muttered before drifting off to sleep.
