"This "Hanna"," Teal'c began his sentence as Daniel rested his face in his hands, "why is she holy in your culture?"
Daniel yawned and leaned over his desk, he hadn't had his morning coffee, and he was about two blinks away from deep sleep.
"Teal'c, it's just an expression. It isn't related to reality. It's just a thing you say because... because it's catchy."
That's not why you say it, Daniel thought to himself. You don't say it because it's "catchy". He sighed deeply, Jaffa people were just furiously literal, and it. was. a. bitch. Teal'c peered at him with a confused expression for a moment, but soon gave up on understanding his Tauri friend. With a bow of his bald head, Teal'c left the room just as Daniel started banging his head against his desk.
"Holy freaking Hanna," the tired archaeologist muttered to himself.
