Ginny rouses early and stumbles from the bed to the loo before stumbling back. She considers snuggling up to her beloved, but instead pulls back the covers and studies the still body beneath. Slides her hand through strands of blonde hair and sweeps a thumb lightly over pink lips. Luna smiles in her sleep at that.
Ginny thinks to herself that there is no way someone so... Unusual, can be so perfect. She's explored every inch of skin; dropped to her knees in search of flaws and cracks in Luna's person, but her imperfections, if any, were impossible to find.
And yet Ginny is not foolish enough to be believe Luna infalliable.
She thinks of burnt toast and red fingers exposed too long to the cold. There's paint on the floor from when they first moved into their flat and a scar on a knee that Ginny loves to press her lips against. No, Luna is human same as her.
"Good mornin'," Luna says with a soft smile.
And yet, seeing blue eyes glowing in the first rays of a new day makes Ginny think 'perfection' every time. She kisses soft lips and pulls the covers over them as she snuggles into her girlfriend bidding her a good morning back.
