He laid on the hospital bed confused he missed his Sam ever since they split up strangley Dylan was being his friend he had been so supportive to him suddenly the doors opened Tom succepected it was Noel or big mac so he ignored it until he heard a soft voice
"Tom"the familiar voice said Tom looked up to see Sam her face was beautiful as ever and her tanned skin she had probably been on holiday
"Sam"Tom said weakly as she hugged him and softly cried"Dylan texted me and said you were dying with a tumour I came as soon as I could"
"Sam I...I...I...Im sorry"Tom said he was feeling so weak
"No im sorry I shouldn't of left you"She said touching his face"Your gunna fight this kent"
