AN: This is a short ficlet about Camille committing suicide. I wanted to write an angst fic about her and then this happened. I'm very pleased with it. Leave me a review with your thoughts. Also, all my other stories will be updated as soon as I can. Enjoy!

One Pill… Two Pills… ThreeFour

Eight little pills rested in the palm of her hand, looking for the moment like candy (candy that would stop her heart from beating) as she heaved a deep breath. Putting them all in her mouth, she took a gulp of water to wash them all down as a frown painted itself onto her delicate face.

Not bothering to lock the door, she left her apartment, an envelope sitting neatly on her coffee table as she silently made it to the elevator. The world around her seemed too quiet and too loud as she rode the elevator to the lobby.

And then all the pretty colors started to bleed together just like they did when she took one too many pills.

This time she took way too many.

Breathing got harder as she walked towards the pool area and stumbled over her feet. Falling harshly to the carpeted floor, she crawled determined to her destination. She needed to make sure she saw the stars for the last time in her favorite place.

She's floating in the pool, her brown hair splayed around her like seaweed, her pale skin glowing in the moonlight.

She feels beautiful like a mermaid, so calm and serene.

Her brown eyes stare up into the dark sky so full and bright with stars. When she was a little girl she tried to count them all, but she never could. But now that doesn't matter, because the stars look so pretty and they shine so bright in the way she never could tonight.

Her body feels light like a feather and heavy like lead as the water holds her up at the surface, her vision growing darker by the moment. The air in her lungs disappears slowly as a small smile contorts her lips.

Camille never belonged here, the Palm Woods, Hollywood, with the fame and flashing lights. No, she wasn't supposed to be here, trying so desperately to shine like the star she never was.

But here she was, desperately clinging to a dream that wasn't even real.

'Starlight, star bright, won't you shine down on me tonight,' she thinks to herself as her vision grows dark and her body starts to sink to the bottom.

Tonight was the first time Camille felt brighter than all the stars in the sky.

Hope you all enjoyed the story. Please leave me your thoughts, comments, critiques and concerns in the form a review. Thank you for reading. xoxo
