"I can't stand you, Malfoy!" yelled Astoria. They were arguing about something stupid, again. Draco had interrupted her while asking a boy out to Hogsmeade, and she was angry. The real reason Draco interrupted her, was because he promised himself the next person Astoria went to Hogsmeade with would be him.

"Good! Same for me! " Draco lied through his teeth. He was practically in love with her.

Astoria backed onto the dock by the lake, and Draco saw what was going to happen a split second too late. "Greengrass!"

Astoria fell into the lake, and for a second, Draco thought she didn't know how to swim, when she resurfaced, her hair sopping wet, and getting even curlier than before. She had an angry, murderous look on her face.

"I'm sorry, Astoria" said Draco, cautiously taking a step back from the lake. "I tried to warn you."

And then she burst out laughing. Draco half expected her to murder him, which she had attempted before.

"W-what's so funny?" asked Draco, stepping back some more.

"You-know-my-name?!" said Astoria, between laughs. She climbed out of the lake, still laughing.

"Of course!" said Draco. "It's Astoria Charlotte Greengrass! But how is that funny?" He remembered Daphne calling her that when she found out that she got into a fight with Pansy Parkinson.

"It's not!" gasped Astoria. "I just feel so happy for some reason." She smiled.

"Okay" said Draco, raising an eyebrow. Did someone cast a Cheering Charm on her? Or was she PMSing. One moment she was angry, the other she was happy.

She sat by him, on the dock. "Sorry I yelled at you." she said. "I was just asking out that guy to make someone jealous."

Draco nodded. "Not the best idea."

"That's what my Mom says" whispered Astoria.

"It's Mum." said Draco.

"Mom."

"Mum. Say that M-U-M."

"Mom."

"You say it weird."

"Because I'm half- American, goofball."

He leaned in, close to her. Up until that moment he didn't realize they'd been only inches apart. "Okay. Whatever." Astoria moved in closer, too. If she just...

She sealed the gap between their mouths. Astoria jumped back, embarrassed. "Sorry, I just got you all wet!" she said. "I should leave." She got up.

"No, it's okay" Very okay he thought. "Come here." He gestured for her to come back.

Astoria sat back by him, and Draco kissed her again. The seemingly empty bushes rustled, and Daphne Greengrass jumped out and pulled them apart. "Stop running you hand all over my baby sister, Malfoy!" Astoria glared at her sister. "Daphne."

Astoria's best friends Samantha and Elizabeth McLaggen jumped from out of the bushes, too.

"No!" yelled Samantha. "They need to talk about their feelings!"

"Yeah!" Elizabeth told Draco and Astoria. "So start."

Astoria awkwardly stared at Draco, who said, "Okay, who else is in the bushes? The whole damn school?!"

Hermione Granger and Ginny Weasley came out of the bushes. "I was listening" said Ginny. "I wanted to see what would happen."

Pansy Parkinson popped out of another set of bushes. "Who knew you liked the dork? You guys are always arguing!"

Theo Nott came from behind a tree, and blushed. "I was looking for Daph, but I overheard."

"Okay, the show's over" said Draco, shooing everyone away. "Now where were we?"

Astoria glanced to make sure no one was there. "You were kissing me?" She blushed. "But everyone could be watching, for all we know."

"Who cares?" asked Draco, smirking. "You're worth it." He kissed her again.

Astoria pulled apart. "So... that talking about feelings thing?"

He got on one knee. "Will you go out with me, Fair Maiden?"

"Yes, Sir Malfoy" Astoria said back, dramatically. They both laughed, and watched the sunset, and then watched the stars.
