Topaz Eyes

This is my poem that I wrote after first reading Twilight. If you have read it, then you would know that after reading it, you can't stop thinking about it. Well here's where it got me.

I wrote this after I first read Twilight

Topaz Eyes

I look into the eyes that I both fear and love,

sending a chill of mixed emotion racing up my spine as I look to the sky above,

I know I should turn away from that god like face,

only to find that I'd be out of place,

I knew I wouldn't have been able to say my goodbyes,

to the face that I love, with the topaz eyes.
