Walking out of the Ramen shop Sakura took a deep breath and sighed. Thing's havent been the same since one of her former team members, Uzamaki Naruto, had died in a mission. Sakura had previously been apart of Team 7, which consisted of Uzamaki Naruto, Huga Neji, and herself, or atleast it use to. Since the death of her former team member Sakura could barely focuse on anything anymore and Neji had hardly left his house. *Shiver* The memory of the boy in the Ramen shop gave her chills as she walked to her house. All the while she was walking she felt as if someone were watching her.
Grumbling to herself Sakura thought that she was loosing her mind but in case she turned around and saw a dark figure standing in the shadows of a near by oak tree. Throught the gaps in the tree branches moonlight shined through. Closing her eyes she screamed "Who the hell are you and what do you want?!" but as soon as she opened her eyes the figure was gone.
That night
Laying in bed Sakura couldn't sleep a wink. Every time she closed her eyes she saw him, Naruto, laying still not moving an inch.
Flashback:
Sakura: "NARUTO? NARUTO ANSWER ME!"
Kakashi: "Sakura… It's no use…"
Neji: "NARUTO YOU FOOL!" *sobbing* "Why don't you ever think? Why didn't you wait for us?!"
Asuma: "Kakashi. We better get him back to the village. His father won't be pleased…"
Sakura: "Naruto… Why? Why you… You were my best friend and now you're gone…"
Leaf village- Burial
Lord 4th: "My son may be gone, but I hope all of you will hold a part of him in you heart forever…"
Present:
After crying herself to sleep Sakura finally fell asleep. Waking up was a challenge. Sakura didn't think she had the strength to go through another day, but little did Sakura know what was to happen in the days to come…
