A/N: i was inspired to write this while listening to Beyonce's "That's Why You're Beautiful" off of her album I Am...Sasha Fierce. It's a great song, you should listen to it. Anyways, my first Zelda fanfic. LinkxMidna. One-Shot. You know, the usual stuff. :] Please review.

Midna couldn't take it anymore. She was tired of her imp body, tired of this long and endless journey, tired of the way she looked. Link had just set up camp in the Sacred Grove.
"Well, this has been an eventful day," Link said, "that annoying skull kid just might get his face ripped off though, if I see him again."
Midna chuckled at his comment. Link had really been the only one able to make her laugh along this journey, and that was probably what was keeping her sane as well. Without even a smile to ground her, she would go insane of all this emptiness. She ran a hand along her glowing blue tattoos, and then along her small body.
She was displeased with the way she looked.
She remembers her true form, how unbelievably beautiful she was, how her smile seemed to light up the whole Twilight Realm. But now, she looked horrible.
Ugly.
Disgusting.
A single hot tear made its way down her cheek.
"Why can't I be beautiful again? Have curves, lucious lips, long legs....." she trailed off when she heard footsteps behind her. She suddenly felt strong arms wrap around her small and chubby waist.
"Midna, you're witty, funny, helpful, cute, entergetic, and you keep me going along. Your sarcastic comments make me laugh," Link said, kissing her hair.
"And that's why you're beautiful."
Midna smiled an ear-to-ear smile.
"We make a great team, you and I," she said,
"That's why we're beautiful."
