Maria Kanellis was about exit the arena when a certain guy caught her attention.

"Maria!" Cody Rhodes yelled out running towards her. Maria smiled. her and Cody been best friends since they were 5 year olds.

She was like his little sister. everytime she would be upset or get crowded by boys he would be there.

"Hey,Cody" Maria replied.

"You wanna go grab a bite?" Cody asked scratching the back of his head.

Maria blushed. "I would love to" Maria answred. they stop at McDonald and went drive-thru.

"So how are things with Maryse?" Maria asked. she was very friendly with Maryse,but she didn't like the way Maryse treated Cody.

Cody never gets to hang with his guys friends. Maria trys to explain to Cody,but his answer would always be...

"I love Maryse,and Maryse loves me"

but not for too long. what Cody doesn't know is that Maryse does not love Cody. let's just say she has another man involve.

Maria and Cody drove to Cody's hotel,and had their nice little meal.

"Boy am I stuff!" Cody said streching his arm out.

Maria laughed. she sat on the couch.

"Wanna watch a movie?" Maria asked the son of hall of famer.

Cody clicked his tounge. "Sure,what kind?"

"Lets go random" Maria smiled.

she putted in Mean Girls.

"Mean Girls? Really?" Cody asked as Maria came to sit down.

Maria giggled. during the movie somehow Maria fell asleep on Cody shoulder,but he didn't mind it though.

Cody's POV

Maria was sleeping soundly.

she laid her hand on my shoulder. I didn't mind though.

Maria was this sweet and kind girl. I loved her very much,but the fact that she's going out with that loser John Morrison.

What does she see in him? he's rude and mean to people!

I didn't like Maria dating him,but I also didn't want her to be sad.

The Next Day-Backstage

Maria POV

I woked up this morning on the couch. I couldn't believe Cody left me. I couldn't get mad at him though. I had an interviewed with Todd Grishamm later about my match next Sunday at TLC Pay-Per-View. One of the WWE Personnel called me. "Maria,your up next"

I took a deep breath,and went to the interview area.

During the interview

"Maria,What are your thoughts for next week if you walk out the new WWE Divas Champion?" Todd asked Maria.

Maria smiled. "Well,after I beat Layla of course she gonna want a rematch-" Maria got cut off by Layla. (This was just a storyline between them they are really good friends) Layla came to the interview. "Bye,Todd" she said waving to him giving him a sign to leave.

"Look red-head" Layla continued. "The Only way your gonna win this match if-" Maria had enough she was about to attack Layla,but when Layla's partner Michelle attacked Maria from behind and sprayed her Hair-dyed. and left. Maria was lying there until her best friend Kelly came.
