As the man drove along the old, worn down path, all he could hear was his own breathing and the sound of the old car rattling along. Getting bored with what seemed like eternal silence he decided to turn on the radio in his car, though he didnt expect to get much reception apart from the unusual broadcasts he was on his way to investigate.

"King of kings and lord of glory!" The man sighed before turning the radio dial, but every frequency just repeated the sermon. "He, who dwells in light! Unapproachable! Who ascende-" The man turned off the radio again, as he was nearing his destination, a boat that would take him to a lighthouse a bit off the coast, the epicenter of this metaphorical earthquake.

"They could at least have given me a car that doesn't feel like it could fall apart any second." The man grumbled, as he parked the car. Close by was a worn out dock with an old river boat, in prime condition. The man banged on the boats door, the noise being loud, and echoing through the metal vehicle. The door was quickly opened by an old man, who, after a quick explanation, allowed the traveller use of his boat.

As the man sat on the bow of the slowly moving ship, he opened the box his employers had given him, and told him to open it only now.

Inside of the box were a variety of items, but most notably a pistol, some ammunition and a note that read: "This gun was used by the man you are tracking, play your cards right and it will lead you to him.-Lutece".

"All these supplies and yet I still dont know who im working for... I just hope this wont go wrong like last time." The man muttered.

The boatsman insisted on showing him various things he had found at the lighthouse, broken records, bullet casings, fancy decorated bottles with labels like "Devils Kiss" and "Bucking Bronco". Not something one would expect to find at an abandoned, collapsing lighthouse, especially not in these times, barely have enough food on mainland, no less such luxuries.

"Hey fellah, we've arrived at the lighthouse, get off my ship so I can go back home, Its 4 in the morning for gods sake." The boatsman shouted from across the ship. "Calm down, old man! You can go a night without sleep." The man shouted back. "Just get off the ship so we can both go our seperate ways, jackass."

"Im already going, calm your ass." The man stepped onto the dock, it was rather bare, the only other thing on the island was the lighthouse, as the boat quickly left again. "Going against any semblence of judgement I have, lets check out this lighthouse." The man walked the steps to the lighthouse, and opened the heavy doors.
