As this is an AU fic the characters may not act exactly how they did in the game as their lives were different and it is the experiences one has which makes them who they are. However I did try to keep their basic personalities and such the same. As always reviews are much loved and keeps me working. And lastly, each entry will probably be small like this one, though I hope there is enough quality for that not to matter. Enjoy!

Disclaimer: That game and characters are not mine~ Nor am I in any way associated with Atlus.

Strawberry locks fell upon the girl's face as she shook her head vigorously in an attempt to deny what had just happened. Perhaps if she denied it enough it could be as if nothing accord at all, and she could remain to live her happy life.

He couldn't possibly be dead, right? This was simply a twisted nightmare which she would awake from any moment now, probably crying and pale. But once awake she could call her dearly beloved and he could hold her, keeping the terror at bay and washing her mind over with ease and the feeling of safety.

But no matter how loud she cried no or how much she tried to close her eyes and wish it all away the facts remained the same; he was dead and he wasn't coming back.

A month would pass and she continued to be trapped in this nightmare, never awaking while dancing in the shadows, blind and lost.

Why was he the one to die while she remained alive? If only she had been in his place or had been there to die by his side...

It was unbearable.

Ever since the tragic event had taken place each day became darker than the last and her 'self' was slipping away. Her entire being felt empty and the reason for living had been lost to her.

She just wished to die now.

Taking a hold of the knife she pointed the blade towards her chest and tightly shut her eyes. Soon she could be with her love again and be held by those arms and told comforting words that only worked when uttered through his mouth.

Being so caught up in imaging this as she lunged the knife into her torso she had not heard the cries to stop what she was doing in the background and had soon fallen out of the darkness and into the blinding light.

While asleep in the light she found that it brought her a warmth she had never experienced before and soothed by the voice of an angel. It had to of been him...right? Because surely this was Heaven. But why...why could she not see his face?

By pushing through the blinding white walls she was able to open her eyes and peering down at her was a figure. His face was blurred out still though it seemed so relieved...happy even.

"Chidori..."

"Is that you...Takaya?"
