A/N: My first attempt at a drabble. I don't know if it's cute or corny, but... enjoy!
My favorite colors? Brown and ivory.
Not just brown. Deep, chocolate, endless brown. The color of her hair and the color of her round, mysterious eyes. I could get lost in them forever. Ivory for the color of her skin, so soft and sensitive. Literally screaming out loud for me to run my fingers down an arm, over a leg or across a cheek.
My favorite food?
Eggplant Parmesan. Because I had never had it before she made it on our third date and now it would forever be explicably tied to her. I ordered it once, at a restaurant with a work acquaintance. It wasn't the same without her touch. Or without watching her smile as I tasted it.
My favorite pastime?
If you'd asked me a few months earlier, I would have said the crossword, chess or research. But now, it's talking. We never seem to run out of things to talk about. She was fascinating, intriguing, captivating. I wanted to listen to her talk all day.
My favorite time of day?
8 a.m. For it was the time when we were finally free of our act, the time where we could finally, finally be ourselves, and we could fall into each other's arms once more.
My favorite features?
Long, long legs and a gap-toothed smile.
My favorite name?
That was easy. I whispered it across skin, repeated it in my head, moaned it into her messy curls.
Sara.
My favorite words?
I love you.
