My second poem in my fanfic career. This one is an acrostic about the superb Hufflepuff Susan Bones. I wrote this in 10 minutes - the quickest I've ever written a story.

Susan Bones in All Her Awesome Puff Glory

Author Note: Am I Joanne Kathleen Rowling? Nope. It's not mine, then. I thought I'd try writing a poem again. This one is an acrostic set to (at least in my opinion) one of the most awesome Hufflepuffs of all time!

Unseen

Shadowy

Anxious

Noteworthy

Beneficial

Open-eyed

Nervous

Empathic

Skillful

AN: There you go! A poem which I think sums up Susan nicely. Being a 'Puff, she's kind of hidden away and nervous, but she can also be crucial when the time comes. Honestly, I have a bit of a soft spot for Susan.

She turns up only thrice throughout all seven - being Sorted in the first, confirming Harry's Patronus to the DA in the Hog's Head in the fifth (her only speaking part, ever) and Splinching herself in the Apparation lessons in the sixth. Which majorly sucks because she rocks through and through.

I guess I've warmed to her because she's the only person apart the Golden Trio and Malfoy who we see get Sorted in the film version of Stone.

The bottom line is that Susan Bones is freaking AWESOME!
